Q: How do I know if my product is eligible for this program?

A: AMC Movie Packs purchased at Costco are eligible. Please review the rules of the program, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website.

Q: I lost my card number; can I still participate in the program?

A: No, unfortunately. Without your card number we cannot provide you with a code. You can find the rules in the program terms and conditions on this website.

Q: Can I claim / redeem whenever I want?

A: No. Programs are planned for certain time frames. Once that period ends you will no longer be able to redeem. Please review the rules of the program, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website.

Q: I entered my information and it’s not recognized in the system.

A: Try re-entering the information again. If you’re still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team.

Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it is not valid.

A: Check with the warehouse where you made your purchase. If you need further assistance, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.

Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it had already been claimed.

A: You can only redeem once per product. If you believe there has been an error, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.

Q: I purchased more than one of the same product. Can I submit more than one claim?

A: Yes, you may submit one redemption per qualifying card number. You may find the rules for the program in the offer terms and conditions on this website.

Q: Where can I find my serial number?

Q: I am trying to use my code but it is not working.

Q: Can I gift my digital code?

A: Black Tickets are valid for one admission to any movie. These tickets exclude opening night fan events, double features, marathon events, alternative content and special theatrical presentations. Black Tickets are subject to surcharge for 3D, premium large screen format (e.g., IMAX®, Dolby®, AMC Prime®), dine-in theatres, film festivals, and premium services; location services may also apply at select locations, including Disney and Universal properties operated by AMC.
