Q: How do I know if my product is eligible for this program?
A: AMC Movie Packs purchased at Costco are eligible.
Q: I lost my PIN; can I still participate in the program?
A: If the gift card was purchased at a warehouse, it cannot be replaced. If the gift card was purchased online, eGift card PINs can be resent. Please contact Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: I cannot find my email with my AMC Movie Pack. How do I get it resent?
A: If you've already redeemed your PIN and need to resend the AMC Movie Pack to your email address, simply enter the details you previously provided on the form here and the system will automatically resend. If you need to change the previously registered email address, please contact Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again. If you’re still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it is not valid.
A: Check with the location where you made your purchase. If you need further assistance, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it had already been claimed.
A: You may only redeem once per product. If you believe there has been an error, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I purchased more than one of the same product. Can I submit more than one claim?
A: Yes, you may submit one redemption per qualifying PIN.
Q: Where can I find my PIN?

Q: I am trying to use my PIN but it is not working.

Q: Can I gift my digital code?
A: Yes. We will send the digital Voucher Code to the contact information you entered during the claim process.

Q: Are there any restrictions on AMC Tickets?
A: Depending on the time, date and location of redemption, the amount paid for these tickets may be higher than the posted box offi¬ce admission price. The difference will not be refunded and may not be applied to surcharges and/or upgrades. Good at any AMC Theatres® location in the United States only. Usable up to balance only to buy goods or services at amctheatres.com, on the AMC mobile app, or at any box of¬fice or concession register at AMC Theatres® locations in the U.S. Visit www.amctheatres.com/gift-card-terms for full terms. Additional fees may apply. Tickets redeemed via mobile app or website may be subject to a convenience fee.
Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: A Black/Yellow ticket covers the 2D admission price for any theatre (within the corresponding states). Surcharges can apply to showtimes identified with any of the following, but is not limited to: RealD 3D®, IMAX®, Dolby®, AMC Prime®, BigD®, GDX®, GXL®, Alternative Content, Foreign Language Films, Concert Experiences, and Film Festivals. Premium formats are noted on the AMC website and app with the brand logos and identifiers.
Exchanges tickets are not valid for multi-title events, such as marathons, or Private Theatre Rentals; and may be excluded from other Fan Events and Early Access presentations.
