Q: I lost my card with my PIN number, can I still get my Microsoft code and Visa® eGift Card?
A: No, unfortunately without your PIN number we cannot provide you with a subscription code and Visa Card. You can find the rules for your purchase on your card, in your confirmation email, or in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
Q: I purchased online and did not receive an e-mail with my PIN.
A: You will receive the redemption code, normally within the hour, via e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered. Additional processing time may be required.
If you have issues receiving your email, look in your spam for an email from costco.com@memberedelivery.com or you can access your purchase here: Digital Order Portal. Simply enter your Costco order number and the email address used on your purchase. Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my Microsoft code.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance. You will be prompted to enter your card number and email address again; so please have your card handy.
Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my VISA eGift Card.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: I purchased in warehouse, where can I find my PIN number?
A: PIN number is located on the back of the Microsoft card. PIN number is under a scratch and reveal area.
Q: I entered my PIN number, and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again, and make sure all the information is entered correctly. If you're still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team and we'll help resolve the issue.
Q: I deleted my email with my subscription code and Visa eGift Card, can I still access it?
A: You can request your codes to be resent by contacting the Costco Customer Service Team, and requesting assistance.
Q: I entered my PIN number and received a message stating my PIN number has already been redeemed.
A: Try re-entering the PIN number. If it still doesn't work, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.
Q: I am trying to use my Visa eGift Card, but it’s not working.

Q: Does my Visa eGift Card expire?

Q: Can I gift my PIN number?
A: Yes. We will send the Microsoft code and Visa eGift Card to the e-mail you entered in Step 1 of the claim process.
Q: Where can I activate my Microsoft Code?
A: Activation instructions are in your email with the code. You can also enter your Microsoft code at Microsoft365.com/setup
Q: Can I exchange my Visa eGift Card for money?
A: No.
