Q: I lost my Microsoft 365 Card with my Barcode Number; can I still get my Vanilla® Visa® eGift Card?
A: No. Unfortunately, without your Barcode Number we cannot provide you with a Vanilla Visa eGift Card. You can find the rules for your purchase on your card or in the offer terms and conditions on this website.

Q: I did not receive an e-mail with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card.
A: Your e-mail will be sent within 4 hours. If you haven’t received it by then, please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still can't locate the email, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.

Q: I purchased in warehouse, where can I find my Barcode Number?
A: Barcode Number is located on the back of the Microsoft card.

Q: I entered my PIN number, and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again, and make sure all the information is entered correctly. If you're still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team and we'll help resolve the issue.

Q: I deleted my email with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card, can I still access it?
A: You can request your codes to be resent by contacting the Costco Customer Service Team, and requesting assistance.

Q: I entered my Barcode Number and received a message stating my Barcode Number has already been redeemed.
A: Try re-entering the Barcode Number. If it still doesn't work, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.

Q: I am trying to use my Vanilla Visa eGift Card, but it’s not working.
A: Please contact the Costco Customer Service Team for assistance.

Q: Does my Vanilla Visa eGift Card expire?
A: Your expiration date is nine (9) years from the date of purchase. This expiration date is listed on your account for your reference. Funds do not expire. Contact Vanilla Gift Customer Care for a replacement account number upon account expiration.

Q: Can I gift my Vanilla Visa eGift Card?
A: Yes. When you access your Visa eGift Card online, you will have the option to send as a gift.

Q: How do I activate my Microsoft 5x5 Code?
A: Instructions are included on the back of your Microsoft 365 Card. You can also enter your Microsoft code at Microsoft365.com/setup

Q: Can I get cash with my Vanilla Visa eGift Card?
A: Vanilla Gift Cards cannot be used at ATMs nor can you get cash back from any of your purchases.
