Q: How do I know if my product is eligible for this program?
A: Regal Movie Packs purchased at Costco are eligible. Please review the rules of the program, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
Q: I lost my PIN number; can I still participate in the program?
A: No, unfortunately. If the gift card was purchased at a warehouse, card numbers and PINs cannot be resent if the gift card is lost. If the gift card is purchased online, eGift card PINs can be resent if lost.
Q: I entered my information and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again. If you’re still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it is not valid.
A: Check with the warehouse where you made your purchase. If you need further assistance, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it had already been claimed.
A: You can only redeem once per product. If you believe there has been an error, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I purchased more than one of the same product. Can I submit more than one claim?
A: Yes, you may submit one redemption per qualifying PIN number. You may find the rules for the program in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
Q: Where can I find my PIN number?

Q: I am trying to use my Voucher code but it is not working.

Q: Can I gift my digital code?
A: Yes. We will send the digital Voucher code to the contact information you entered during the claim process.

A: Surcharges apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, ScreenX®, Premium Large Format, 3D and 4DX® films. Luxury upcharges may apply at theatres featuring upgraded amenities and select top tier locations. Tickets/e-Tickets are not valid for special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings. Regal reserves the right to change or add any surcharges without notice. Ticket redemption via mobile app and website are subject to a convenience fee. Tickets have no expiration date. Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. Do not make copies of the e-ticket; only the first e-ticket scanned will be admitted. Duplicates will not be accepted.
