A: Regal Movie Packs purchased at Costco are eligible. Please review the rules of the program, which can be found in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
Q: I lost my card number; can I still participate in the program?
A: No, unfortunately. Without your card number we cannot provide you with a code. You can find the rules in the program terms and conditions on this website.
Q: I entered my information and it’s not recognized in the system.
A: Try re-entering the information again. If you’re still having a problem, please contact the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it is not valid.
A: Check with the warehouse where you made your purchase. If you need further assistance, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I entered my information and received a message stating it had already been claimed.
A: You can only redeem once per product. If you believe there has been an error, please check with the Costco Customer Service Team.
Q: I purchased more than one of the same product. Can I submit more than one claim?
A: Yes, you may submit one redemption per qualifying card number. You may find the rules for the program in the offer terms and conditions on this website.
